    A TV Tuner is actually a piece of hardware.
    If you mean s/w that you can get free cable from the Internet - there is no such thing.
    I suggest you either call your cable company to fix cable in your room or do it yourself.

    you can get free cable tv from the internet, all you have to do is type it into google and then it is one of the first seaches, all you have to do is pay 5 $ and then you never pay again and get to watch
